How do we work?

We like to become involved at an early stage in order to get as much preparatory work completed before a sale or purchase is agreed, which will save time once matters get properly underway. We can supply you with an overview of what to expect, advise on what you need to be doing and answer any questions you may have about the process.

We use advanced technology to speed up the conveyancing process and maximise efficiency. We can communicate by e-mail and have access to modern data management systems designed to streamline procedures.

Costs and disbursements
All costs and expenses will be made clear at the outset and there are no hidden extras. A costs calculator can be accessed here and a full written estimate will be provided in every transaction. Where any significant additional work proves to be necessary, we will discuss the issues in full with you before incurring any further expense.
