Philip Landau
Philip is a partner and founder member of LZW. He is a specialist and experienced employment lawyer representing employees at all levels both in the City and nationwide, including senior executives. He has a national reputation in employment law, and a high success rate with thousands of satisfied clients. This is based on skills built up over many years dealing with employers in all industry sectors.
Philip has been quoted in many newspapers and legal websites including ACAS. He has written numerous articles on leading websites, which include The Guardian for whom he writes regularly as an employment law expert. 
Philip has also appeared regularly on BBC TV, ITV, and both national and local radio as an employment law expert. He has further been interviewed by foreign media, and has appeared on international radio stations in respect of UK employment law matters. Philip also provides employment law advice to members of The Institute of Leadership and Management which is the UK'S largest management body.
In addition, Phiiip has been invited to be guest speaker and panel member at employment law conferences, and has provided video podcasts to members of professional bodies in relation to their employment rights.
Philip advises on all areas of employment law including redundancies, bonus issues, unfair dismissal, performance improvement plans, appraisals, breach of contract, and discrimination. He also advises on compromise agreements and has successfully negotiated settlements with thousands of employers throughout the UK.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 1990, Philip is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He is a keen watercolour artist, and enjoys travel, architecture, and learning French.
