Marie Paynter

Marie is a Solicitor and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives who has been practising property law since 2000. She is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of property and related matters including residential and commercial transactions, landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold enfranchisement and wills.

Marie is proactive in promoting the latest developments in property law including HIPs. She handles a wide variety of cases for private and business clients and she has forged strong local links with fellow property professionals including independent financial advisers, mortgage brokers, estate agents and solicitors.

In her spare time Marie enjoys kickboxing and playing guitar and piano.
