We will email you a report on the more important clauses in the documents, together with any suggestions that we may have for amending the documents to protect your financial and legal position.
 
If you are also buying the assets of a business - typically the goodwill, lease, fixtures and fittings and stock at value - we can also check the agreement for the sale and purchase of these assets.

You will then be able to go back to your landlord or vendor and negotiate any amendments to the documents.
