How it works
Just email us a copy of the new draft lease, any rent deposit deed and any other documents.
Within 5 working days*, we will email you a report on the more important clauses in the documents, together with any suggestions for amending the documents to protect your financial and legal position.
We can also check any agreements for the purchase of a business – typically the goodwill, lease, fixtures and fittings, and stock at value.
You will then be able to go back to your landlord or vendor and negotiate any amendments to the documents.

Checking agreement to buy the assets of a business and suggesting any amendments
Total £145 + VAT
Carrying out local authority, drainage and environmental searches and reporting to you
£145 + VAT, plus the costs of the searches
