Just email us a copy of the new draft lease, any rent deposit deed and any other documents. Within 5 working days*, we will email you a report on the more important clauses in the documents, together with any suggestions for amending the documents to protect your financial and legal position.

We can also check any agreements for the purchase of a business – typically the goodwill, lease, fixtures and fittings, and stock at value.

You will then be able to go back to your landlord or vendor and negotiate any amendments to the documents.

Instruct us

To instruct us, please complete our online questionnaire and return it to us by email, together with scanned copies of the documents you wish us to check (or you may send us copies by post or fax).

We will then email you our Terms of Business letter with confirmation of costs. *Once we have received your instructions and payment, we will email you our advice within 5 working days.
