Immigration for employers and education providers

We provide training on immigration best practice and undertake immigration ‘health checks’ for employers and education providers who are on the UKBA’s Register of Sponsors or organisations wishing to become sponsors.

The UK Border Agency have listed LZW as an approved legal advisor to prospective employers and education providers under the Sponsorship Licensing Scheme. They have assessed our processes and procedures which have met the Home Office’s high standards and expectations. We are accredited with having a full understanding of the sponsorship system and the knowledge and experience to advise and guide our clients. As a result UKBA is less likely to duplicate the checks we have made on our clients’ applications and is more likely to make a decision quickly.
